Out in the Community Building the Industry's Future Workforce

The Boating Careers team continues to actively promote careers in the marine industry, representing members at two major career events. On 26 May, Boating Careers attended the OELLEN Careers Expo in Scoresby, engaging with more than 2,000 attendees and showcasing the diverse range of career opportunities available across the boating sector. Two days later, the team was at the VET Discovery Expo hosted by Hume Whittlesea LLEN, connecting with more than 440 students from 17 schools and introducing them to pathways into the marine industry. These events are part of Boating Careers' ongoing commitment to raising awareness of marine careers and attracting the next generation of skilled professionals to our industry.
