Welcome New BIAV Member: Safepath Compliance

BIAV is pleased to welcome SafePath Compliance as a new member, bringing specialised expertise in workplace safety and compliance tailored to the marine industry.

With more than a decade of experience across marine businesses, including dealerships, service and repair centres, and boat manufacturing, SafePath Compliance understands the practical risks facing operators on the ground. As regulatory expectations continue to increase and workplace claims become more common, effective risk management is more important than ever.

SafePath Compliance offers BIAV members tailored workplace review inspections that focus on how risks are identified, managed, and controlled across operations. Key areas of focus include staff onboarding and training, safe operating procedures, management of mobile plant and equipment, hazardous chemicals, workshop safety, and emergency preparedness, as well as specific considerations such as working on vessels in the water and managing public access to operational areas.

Their approach is designed to support marine businesses in strengthening safety practices, improving compliance, and reducing exposure to legal and financial risk.

BIAV welcomes SafePath Compliance and looks forward to the value they will bring to members across the sector.
