Boating Careers Engages Future Workforce at Careers Day Out

Last week, Boating Careers attended the Careers Day Out in Shepparton, connecting with more than 2,800 students and job seekers to showcase career opportunities across the boating industry. As one of North East Victoria’s largest hands-on careers events, it provided a valuable platform to highlight pathways into the marine sector, from apprenticeships and marine technician roles to on-water and operational roles, while challenging perceptions and building awareness of the industry. With ongoing skills shortages across the sector, early engagement like this is critical to attracting the next generation of talent.
