On the Road with BIAV Members

Steve Walker and Eva Pasquet have been back out on the road, continuing to connect with BIAV members and hear firsthand about the opportunities and challenges facing the industry.

Recent visits included Form A Sign Australia, Savage Trailers, Melbourne Marine Centre, Two Bays Suzuki Marine, Aqua Power Marine and Blue Nautilus Marine Pty. Ltd., with valuable insights shared across the day.

A consistent theme in discussions was the importance of businesses remaining flexible, understanding, and responsive to changing workforce expectations to attract and retain quality staff.
