Free Mental Health Support for Eligible Victorian Workers

BIAV members may wish to be aware of the Worker Mental Health Support Helpline, a free and confidential 24/7 support service for Victorian employees working in businesses with fewer than 200 staff.

Eligible workers can access up to four free sessions for support with stress, burnout, work pressures, family challenges and more.

Employers can also access free workplace posters, flyers, and resources to help share the service with staff.
