AGM - BIAV ACKNOWLEDGES GORDON HOWLETT

Gordon Howlett was awarded the BIAV’s highest honour, that of Honorary Life Member of the Association, at its AGM on Tuesday 30 April.

Gordon, a former President, long time Board Member, interim CEO, and industry veteran with his business Fishing Getaways, was delighted to receive the award, presented by current President Mark Crockford.

Accompanied by his wife Joy for the occasion, Gordon recognised all of the board members and staff that he had served with, and singled out Rod Smith, David Heyes and Mary Papantoniou as his closest advisors and colleagues.

In outlining his enjoyment of being involved for so many years, and his dedication to the Association, it was clear that Gordon was touched by the award and very proud to have been elevated to this status.
