Williamstown Immersion Day

The first Boating Careers Immersion Day of the year kicked off last Friday in Williamstown. Students were given a firsthand look at real marine careers, with the opportunity to speak directly with industry professionals and see what it’s like to work in the sector. With visits to leading employers and support from WynBay LLEN, students now have clear pathways from school to structured work experience and school-based apprenticeships. Several students expressed genuine interest in pursuing careers in the boating industry proving just how impactful this type of exposure can be—especially at a time when they’re making important decisions about their future.
