Record Turnout for Fremantle Management Course

This year’s Intermediate Marina Management course attracted a record 30 delegates to Fremantle Sailing Club, the largest cohort in the course’s history. Across four days, participants explored leadership, emergency management, financial foundations and marina law. They also toured three local facilities and presented marina-enhancement projects to an industry review panel. Read more about the record-breaking course.

Strong Turnout at Melbourne Members’ Meeting

The Marina Industries Association also welcomed members and sponsors to Royal Brighton Yacht Club for its latest Victorian members’ meeting. Following a tour of the club, attendees heard industry updates from MIA CEO Suzanne Davies, BIAV CEO Steve Walker, Chris Padovani of Better Boating Victoria, and Reece Taranto of Parks Victoria. The evening concluded with drinks, networking and valuable conversation among Victoria’s marina community.
