BIAV and MEGT Partner to Support Marine Apprenticeships

BIAV is pleased to announce a new partnership with MEGT to strengthen apprenticeship pathways and support the future workforce of Victoria's boating industry. The partnership extends beyond apprenticeship sign-ups and will see BIAV and MEGT collaborate on initiatives including Boating Careers Immersion Days, employer webinars, the 2026 Boating Careers Apprentice of the Year Awards, industry events, and workforce development projects.

By working together, BIAV and MEGT aim to make it easier for employers to engage apprentices while creating stronger pathways for young people into rewarding boating industry trades.
