Major Marina Redevelopment Announced for Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park

A major three-year marina redevelopment has been announced for Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park at Lake Eildon, with works set to modernise one of North East Victoria’s key boating destinations.

The extensive upgrade program will deliver larger, stronger and safer marina facilities designed to better accommodate modern houseboats and evolving boating needs.

Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2026 and will be delivered in three stages through to 2029. Once complete, the redevelopment will include significantly larger berths, upgraded walkways, enhanced mooring systems and improved safety features throughout the marina precinct.

The new marina configuration will introduce:

  • 25ft pens for Category 1–3 vessels

  • 27ft and 30ft pens for larger Category 4–5 vessels

Additional upgrades will include anti-slip walkways, longer marina fingers, stronger mooring systems and modern fender systems to improve vessel protection and user safety.

Importantly, Jerusalem Creek Marina confirmed the redevelopment will proceed without special levies or major upfront price increases for berth holders, with annual fee adjustments expected to align gradually with each construction stage.

The project also incorporates sustainability considerations, with sections of existing infrastructure to be repurposed into a protective breakwater system.

Beyond the marina itself, Jerusalem Creek Marina & Holiday Park continues to offer a comprehensive boating and holiday experience, including on-site accommodation, fuel, a bar and bistro, mini supermarket and fishing and outdoor tackle store.
