Boating Careers at Bairnsdale Career Expo

Eva and Dan recently attended the Explore Your Paths: Career Expo in Bairnsdale, organised by LLENs, where they represented Boating Careers and engaged with local students about opportunities in the marine industry.

Throughout the day, they spoke with a number of students interested in career pathways, including five who specifically expressed a strong interest in becoming marine mechanics.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect directly with young people, raise awareness, and promote training and employment pathways.

Engagement like this continues to play an important role in supporting workforce development across the Gippsland region, particularly as the industry faces ongoing skills shortages.
