Final Road Trip for 2026 and Better Boating Updates

BIAV wrapped up its 2026 member roadshow series with visits to the Bass Coast and South Gippsland, meeting with Phillip Island Marine, Inverloch Marine, Wildlife Coast Cruises, Korumburra Marine, Leongatha Yamaha, and Topwater Marine. These visits are a valuable opportunity to hear directly from members, understand local business conditions and discuss the opportunities and challenges facing our industry. Thank you to each team for the warm welcome, generous insights and ongoing support for boaters across the region.

The trip also offered a chance to see encouraging progress on boating facilities at Tooradin, Inverloch, Newhaven, and Schnapper Point driven by Better Boating Victoria. These improvements support access to the water and the marine businesses serving these communities.

Our member visits will resume in 2027. We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting the businesses that keep Victoria boating.
