Boating Careers Aims To Address The Skills Crunch

The newly released National Recreational Boating Statement confirms what many of us already know, the industry is growing fast, but the shortage of skilled labour and apprentices is holding us back. With over 35,000 people employed across marine trades, demand is outpacing supply.

BIAV through Boating Careers are working on solutions from school engagement and industry immersion days to Australia’s first international pathway via the Certificate IV in Boating Services.
