VICE PRESIDENT APPOINTED: DAVID MEEHAN

David Meehan has been appointed BIAV Vice-President.

David, Director of Sales for Mercury Marine, is based in Mercury’s Dandenong South head-quarters and has national plus NZ and Pacific responsibilities. He has been a Board member since February 2017 and during that time has made a great contribution toward membership development, boat show advice and general governance improvements. David has co-chaired the Membership Committee for the past two years during which time member engagement and numbers have both risen.

President Mark Crockford commented, “David represents the next generation of leaders in our industry and it is great that the Board has seen fit to unanimously endorse his nomination, and that David has taken on the role. I look forward to working with him to develop our association and industry.”
