Solbianflex Solar Panels
Solbianflex are the ultimate in lightweight, flexible, monocrystalline solar. The panels are constructed with highly efficient solar cells supported in a unique polymer that allows for flexibility and significant weight reduction. These panels have no aluminium or steel backing like other semi-flexible panels, which means they are extremely lightweight — only 1/8th the weight of a standard domestic panel, At just 1.5mm thick and weighing from 800gm, they are the thinnest and lightest panels available in the world.
This light weight and small size allows the panels to be sewn into your bimini top or shade structure with a zipper to make use of otherwise vacant space. They are strong, reliable and tough enough to be glued directly to the deck. Walk over their surface and they’re not damaged. With their ‘non-glass’ construction, they are flexible and will bend to match the contours of your deck. Choose from either the waterproof junction box connection or if you prefer to have nothing protruding for feet to get caught on, use the unique soldering ribbon connection. Savwinch Pty Ltd
Savwinch’s new world first Electronic Fast Fall variable speed Savwinch (Sav EFF), drops your anchor up to 3 times faster than normal speed and as fast as a free fall system.
Being officially launched at the 2012 Melbourne Summer Boat Show, Savwinch have invented a much anticipated new winch system that’s a world first. A lot of time and research has gone into this new EFF model Savwinch. It has been tried and tested and has impressed not only us the inventors, but those who have been lucky enough to have it on their boats already.
The Sav EFF comes with an adjustable variable speed knob on a pre-wried electrical box* (*water and corrosion resistant) and installation is a breeze. Just run your wires to the motor, batteries and Forward/Reverse switch.
The most amazing thing about this winch is that you can fit it up to any existing fixed speed Savwinch or new Savwinch. So those who already have a Savwinch boat anchor winch and want to speed up and vary the speed of their existing Savwinch can purchase the Sav EFF as an add on feature.
Visit Nick from Savwinch at the Melbourne Summer Boat Show - 3rd to5th February, to find out more.
