The 50th Annual Melbourne Boat Show had a total of 40,000 visitors to the event. Almost 6,000 more than last years show.

Currently numbers have exceeded last years attendances by over 2,000 people. They are only continuing to rise.

Peter from Inverloch Marine told BIA staff today that this years 50th Annual Melbourne Boat Show, has been is most prosperous show yet.

Greg Dalton, from the Mount Martha Yacht Club was the winner of the Hobie Lanai Kayak. He was very pleased with his prize.

The new Melbourne Boat Show website has experienced great success. The day before the Show commenced, the website was frequented by 2,987 people. Thursday experienced 3,351 hits and Friday 3,068 visits.
The most popular page has been the Exhibitor’s List, being viewed by 11,058 people.

Some of our smaller stands at this years Show have experienced huge success. These include Solas, Boat Catch and Regal Marine. They offer some great products, like the latest fishing rods and clothing. These stands are great as anyone can come to the Show and leave with a quality purchase.
