Terms and Conditions:

How to enter:

1. To be eligible for the “Win a Boating Package” competition, participants must attend the BIA Melbourne Boat Show between July 3-7, 2008 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, 2 Clarendon Street, Southbank, Victoria.

2. Instructions on how to enter and the prize details form part of the conditions of entry. The promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. To enter, participants must complete an entry coupon available in the Herald Sun from Wednesday 2 July to Monday 7 July, 2008. Completed entry coupons must be placed in the prize barrel located on the Prize Boat stand at BIA Melbourne Boat Show, held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre (2
Clarendon Street, Southbank, Victoria), between July 3, 2008 and July 7, 2008. Entries via mail or fax will not be accepted.

Conditions of Entry:

4. Employees of the Promoters, their agencies, immediate families and companies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.

5. Entry is only open to residents of Victoria. Winners who are under the age of 18 will have the prize awarded to their parent/guardian

6. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries are not valid and will not be included
in the draw. Multiple entries are acceptable but must be made on separate original entry coupons.

When and where the Competition will be drawn:

7. The prize winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, 2 Clarendon Street, Southbank, Victoria at 7.00pm on Monday, 7 July, 2008.

Details of and value of all prizes:

8. The prize is a Boat Package which includes a brand new Quintrex560 Freedom Cruiser with a Two Tone Paint Upgrade; Quintrex Alloy Trailer; Spare wheel and Mounting bracket; 3.0 Litre Mercruiser-Bimini Top (Sun Protection); Ski Biscuit Rack (roof rack system to carry ski tubes );12 Months Registration; Safety Gear for 6 people; 12 Months Insurance and 5 year JV Marine World Warranty. The total value of this prize is $41,400rrp.

Collection of the prize is the responsibility of the prize winner.

The prize is strictly as stated above. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash. Any additional charges including storage costs and other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.

The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

9. The prize will be available for collection by the winner within 28 days of the draw.

How will winners be notified:

10. The winner will be notified by mail and by telephone, as well the winner’s name will also be published in the The Herald Sun Newspaper on Wednesday 16 July, 2008.
